The ideal candidate is either trained and/or experienced as a Waldorf teacher, specialist or assistant. The candidate has strong classroom management skills rooted in the view of reverence and goodness of children. This individual seeks a school with strong vision, energetic colleagues and wonderful children. 

Professional development/training and support will be available to the candidate. Creativity, dependability, good listening and an ability to receive children with joy and insight are the key attributes being sought.

The compensation for the position depends on the position hired for which the applicant is hired.

Options available:

Language or Music Specialist- flexible start date open to all languages, familiarity of the Waldorf approach and strong classroom management skills

GRADES Intervention/Resource Assistant - Starts Fall 2025

Grades Teacher - starts Fall 2026 (but welcome to apply to substitute or provide academic intervention now)
