The ideal candidate is either trained and/or experienced as a Waldorf class teacher. The candidate has strong classroom management skills rooted in the view of reverence and goodness of children. The teacher is able to work with faculty and parents in a spirit of kindness, collaboration and respect. This individual seeks a school with strong vision, energetic colleagues and wonderful children. 

Professional development/training and support will be available to the candidate. Creativity, dependability, good listening and an ability to receive children with joy and insight are the key attributes being sought.

The compensation for the position includes:

• Salary commensurate with experience

•Full tuition remission
